We love working with new and interesting organisations.
Over the years as individuals we have worked with a number of different companies each with their own unique challenges. Bright Light is the sum of these experiences and is already getting wow responses from our partners.
Our work has encompassed diverse projects including numerous innovative product development projects for Ford of Europe, concept technology prototypes for motor shows, as well as delivering an innovation Masterclass for BT and a component of the Creative Business Series at the Royal College of Art.
In detail:
Whilst with Ford we developed a wide range of consumer focused solutions for future vehicle programs, these resulted in a number of patent awards and nearly 200 Million dollars investment in new product. Bright Light Innovation treats all our clients work with the utmost confidentiality, until the products are available in the marketplace we are unable to disclose any further information.
More publicly we worked on a number of concept technologies for major auto shows. These included a novel HMI (Human Machine Interface) co-developed with Sony and Biganimal. The work on the HMI won a prestigous D&AD silver nomination for interactive design. Other concepts included adaptive seats, based on low cost, low weight pneumatic technology.
BT - British Telecom Innovation Masterclass Series
We were invited to BT to give a masterclass on our approach to innovation, the techniques and processes to enable consumer focused product innovation throughout the organisation. The feedback from the event was extremely positive and we look forward to sharing some of that on the site in the near future.
The Royal College of Art - Industrial Design & Engineering
Bright Light Innovation were invited to deliver part of the Creative Business Series at the Royal College of Art on the subject of innovation in large companies. The lecture was very well received and we hope to be able to make the content available on the site in the near future.
