Bright Light Innovation was founded to satisfy consumers desire for great products in the best way possible, by helping companies like yours to develop those products.
We have learned a lot over the years about why companies fail when attempting to innovate. These lessons are not academic, we learned by doing and by implementing. Product development has been our lives and building great products our mission, the processes we have developed only exist to enable you to build great innovative products, not for the sake of a great process diagram.
From a base line of 5% innovation hit rate we delivered a 50% hit rate across seven innovation projects.

Innovation Mentoring
We want to help you develop the best products possible, we think the best way to do this is not to take the concept away and develop it in a black box way. We feel that by working intimately with your teams, guiding and coaching them through the process of innovation that they will develop products that are more clearly aligned with the business and genuinely meet the customer need.
Mentoring your teams is a more effective way of transferring skills into the organisation. By making the projects relevant and important the team members learn fast, contribute business value in the process and deliver the kind of results that can't be achieved by going on a training course.
